Tammy is founder and President of Falcon One Properties and has worked as a Commercial Property Manager since 2003.
She specializes in the areas of retail shopping centers where she handles:
facility and grounds maintenance and repairs,
leasing and tenant relations,
office park association management including,
mid-rise office condo buildings and multi-family associations,
She also manages residential condos and single-family homes in the region and works as a licensed Broker/Agent in North and South Carolina
Tammy is a graduate of Central Piedmont Community College and Mingle School of Real Estate.
Amanda Hargett
Entered the Real Estate Business in 2016 by becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NC/SC. Since her career in Real Estate began, Amanda has performed a variety of services to satisfied clients that include:
buying and selling commercial and residential real estate,
rental unit management,
condominium and townhome association management as well as,
community HOA management.
Amanda strives daily to find ways to continue to exceed her clients’ expectations. Her passion, integrity and strong work ethic are the driving force behind her exceptional work in the Real Estate Industry.
She has now obtained a Senior Property Manager position at Falcon One Properties as well as maintaining ongoing brokerage relationships across the Charlotte Metro Region.

As Assistant Property Manager, Emily supports the daily operations of the property management team. In this role she:
schedules and conducts rental property viewings
addresses and resolves tenant questions, concerns, and complaints promptly
processes applications, and conducts credit checks
manages vendors and obtains quotes
maintains and updates resident files and records
Emily recently relocated back to the Charlotte area after living in southern California for several years.
She is a graduate of Animal Behavior College and holds certifications for veterinary medicine. Emily brings over 10 years of customer service experience, compassion, and organizational skills to our team.
SaraH Lyons
Sarah has been in the customer service field for 10 years. She joined the Falcon One team in July of 2018. Sarah’s attention to detail and her warm personality make her an enormous asset to our firm.
As the Office Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant, she manages the daily task of payables and receipts, as well as, managing the day-to-day functions of the office. She also assists with collections and account tracking.
She is currently working on obtaining her real estate license. Sarah resides in Rock Hill SC with her husband and two fur babies.

Originally from Maryland, Connie and her husband relocated to North Carolina 4 years ago. They have a 25 year old daughter who lives in Maryland. Connie has over 20 years of professional experience in the customer service industry.
For the past 3 years Connie has been a Property Manager for both commercial and residential properties with a strong emphasis on residential property management. Connie is currently a licensed South Carolina real estate agent and is in the process of receiving her North Carolina real estate license.
As the Director of Property Management Connie is afforded the ability to meet new people and create positive professional relationships. She is customer driven and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
jared crandall
Jared is passionate about Real Estate and customer service. As an investor himself he understands the interests of other investors and is able to anticipate their needs and wants.
Jared has worked in Real Estate since he was a teenager, over 20 years, involved in everything from Brokerage (Buying & Selling), Property Management, Property Maintenance, Construction and Development, Real Estate Investment, and the Finances and Tax Saving Opportunities that come with Real Estate Investment. He knows the market and his customers’ needs and is able to make the Purchase and Sale of Real Estate smooth and easy.
