Management Process

The objective of a Property Manager is to maximize the overall value of a Real Estate Asset.

The Falcon One Properties Management Team brings an extensive portfolio of industry knowledge and experience as well as technical expertise to each property management opportunity.

Since Falcon One was founded, we have developed the capabilities and direct experience to handle the types of issues facing your association. We differentiate ourselves on three key components:

    1) We show everyone we interact with the highest level of courtesy, interest, and respect.
    2) We believe that real estate agents, mortgage lenders, closing attorneys are extensions of their clients, our owner. We treat them as such.
    3) We strive to exceed the expectations of our boards and our owners. We consider ourselves as representatives of the board and strive to become an invaluable resource.

Our property management staff handles all aspects of association management, including processing payables and receivables,collections, etc. All work orders and vendor contracts are sub-contracted. We have a large pool of exceptional and well qualified contractors across all trades who are required to carry liability and worker’s comp insurance. We select our vendors to best fit with the specific objectives of our properties. It is our preference to maintain existing service providers when we take over management unless there are serious pre-existing performance or price issues. You should expect knowledgeable and professional service from all outsourced providers.
